Author Guidelines

National Society of Accountants Author Guidelines

MAIN STREET PRACTITIONER brings cutting-edge information, trends, and best practice articles to its readers. This online magazine of the National Society of Accountants (NSA) is presented in digital format five times a year. The digital issue includes features such as hyperlinks to more information; a search function that enables readers to search for specific topics; and the ability to share articles through email and social media.

Some articles, including practice management topics may be published in the NSA e-newsletter, MemberLink, which is distributed bi-monthly.

Article Guidelines
Articles are generally between 600-1200 words. Basic guidelines for submitting articles include:

  • An electronic text file, submitted to the editor at jcrawford@nsacct.org
  • A high-quality JPG or PDF of any charts or figures
  • Author contact information, including a bio and medium to high resolution photo
